Khalid Lewis, a 6-foot-3, 170-pound combo guard from Trenton Catholic Academy in Hamilton, New Jersey (previously McCorristin Catholic H.S.), already has some impressive scholarship offers early in his recruiting process.

Khalid, who will play for Matt Pauls' NJABC AAU program, was recently offered by Iona College, a program has has rebounded nicely over the past couple of years.

Lewis will compete this spring and summer at AAU tournaments for Matt Pauls' Team NJABC boys basketball program. Khalid should fit in nicely with Pauls' philosophy of sharing the ball and playing as a team.

Khalid also some some solid interest from other colleges and universities. Among the schools showing Lewis some love are Stony Brook, Fairfield. St. Francis, Penn, Rider, Drexel, Monmouth, Penn State, Robert Morris, Fordham, and St. Joe's.

He remains open in his recruiting process. We'll continue to post some updates on his progress as the AAU season beings.
