Tuesday's workout at the spot was great. Don't really want to get into all the basics of it. Just know, there isn't nobody in this city working harder then my group of high school and junior high school kids. Check the old youtubes, the new one is coming soon.
Today will be another great workout. If you don't workout hard, you go home..pretty simple. Thursday's workout will be the 3rd for the week or the fourth for some.
The plan for Friday is simply "The Elite 24" at Rucker Park. I'm going to say two of the games 3 MVPs will be either Cory Joseph (pictured), Doron Lamb, Tobias Harris, Kyrie Irving, or Harrisson Barnes.
They're predicting rain on friday, so who knows about rain sites and such. Check the youtubes below of Cory and Harrisson.
